resarch in nursing and medicine

hi all!!

this is just as usual when i post about uni work....to get my juices flowing!?

hitting a block trying to word why i think nursing research is important.

wht do you think? why is it important?

it its vital to patient safety obviously that nurses and medics are keeping themselves up to date and not continuing with old and out dated practices!...its part of a nurses accuntabilities in line with their code of conduct to keep learning.

any kind of research is how a profession moves forward...evidence based medicine...works better, gives better value for money, better customer satisfaction, better staff satisfaction
