Can you help in 2008 i got a car on hire purchase from welcome car finance, everything was going ok but in 2009 i missed a payment and they tried to take car from me saying i hadnt payed enough even thou i had bank statements proving i had and i got that sick i ended up taking them to the county courts for a time to pay oder but welcome failed to turn up on 3 occasions and the judge granted me the car as welcome went into administration. now i am trying to sell my car for a family car and no company will touch me as there is still hpi on the car and its now on the security watch database. is there anything i can do to get this removed?

If you have judgement, I would go to the CAB first with a copy of the judgement.

I worked for a rival company for 3 mnths but had to stop as i realised what a disgrace the whole thing was.interest was outrageous,and everyone wa
s being lied to.they also went bust.At least you kept the car.Be careful with loans dont worry about the interst ask what is the total you are paying back.Best wishes jk
