Does anyone know a easy user friendly Microsoft Access site?

I have trouble trying to view data from the database.

i want to insert a row from a Query Form. But in the query form there are two rows showing different information like 'Red Bike' and 'Blue Bike' and the problem is i cant insert them into my text boxes (Red Bike and Blue Bike) on my main form.

I have tried =Forms!frmMenu!Date.Value in the build options and tried Visual Basic but i have a feeling its easier than vb.

Any views or solutions would be great!!!
