another cold rad

I also have a rad that stays cold. I can bleed a bucket of hot water out of it, but once I do the bleed valve up the rad slowly gets cold and stays cold. I have tried opening up both the valves fully, and closing down the other rads, still cold except at the bottom inlet side. any ideas?could the pump be naff?

You may have a blockage at the cold side valve

Have a look at the Q below this one, Old-Wos ........... if not Brighty's blockage, then pin on TRV stuck down. Give it a tap :o)
