Help lost Mozilla Thunderbird

Hi can anyone help I inadvertently clicked on delete choose user profile manager and now I have lost all my Email program and being asked to renew my password on a mail account set up with a new one, when I put a pass word in it fails to recognize every time, when asked to select a profile to begin Mozilla Thunderbird and needs a pass word that also fails, even with create profile wizard all fails please help if you can to restore my Email.
I have tried system restore but that comes back incomplete, thanks to any info.

If you delete the profile .. that's it .. .all gone. Sorry.
That will be all settings, addons, mail account, etc.

I was being over cautious,when I read profile manager would keep certain information,so tried to delete that part only, Wrong!!!.
I am on Outlook Express now would you recommend? or does it really matter? thanks again Al.
