I'm not being obstructive; it's simply that your voicemail isn't stored on your phone. It's stored on the servers of Vodafone, O2, Orange or whoever else it is that provides your mobile phone service. So we need to know which network you're on, in order top give you the relevant information (which will apply to all users on that network, irrespective of which phone they've got).

"How do I change the greeting on my Voicemail - put on a personal message?
Call 121 or 242, press "Send"
Press 3 (personal greeting) and follow the voice prompts:
- 2 (listen to current greeting)
- 3 (change greeting)
- 4 (delete greeting)
To reset to standard greeting instead of personal greeting:
Call 121 or 242, press "Send"
Press 3 (personal greeting)
Press 4 (delete greeting)
The next time someone calls they will hear the Voicemail standard greeting."
