Recruitment consultants

Why are the staff of recruitment consultancies offices usually all fit women? Plus they all seem to have names ending in a "y".

Why thank you! I used to be a Recruitment Consultant and while I wouldn't consider myself as particularly 'fit' (although I am 6 feet tall which is apparently a bonus!) I am currently rated a very respectable 7.5 out of 10 on hot or not!!! And by the way, my name is Sarah, so I don't end in a "y"!

The recruitment people I know are Liz, Michelle, Davina, Bev and Marie.  All gorgeous (least that's what I, as a straight woman, am objectively saying!!) The only one ending with a "Y" was Andy - and he wasn't fit at all!!
