I have arranged to have a water meter fitted. (this service is free.) Do I have to purchase the meter to be fitted?

Yes the only exeption is on here but it would be an unlikely senario as the wa
ter companys are wanting everyone to be metered in the future.

Southern Water do not charge in fact they are aiming to have everybody on meter in the next few years (info from,Southern Water employee who I spoke,to recently )
