bluetooth connection

Does anyone have this problem or a solution please?.....Successfully got my bluetooth connection working in car with xperia mini pro mobile after being told had to download updates before it would work.Now 3 wks later am getting a constant peeping like a text message saying no telephone connection.Gone through all the connection steps in the car and am babk to square 1 again and can't get my mobile paired up despite it saying the name of the mobile on the screen in the car.I can't believe every couple of weeks I will have to plug in usb at home and download any updates and had thought once paired there was nothing else to do.Have been using mobile in car over last 3wks with no problems.Much appreciated any suggestions,thanks to all who reply.

It could be that as you update your phone it now has a new ID as far as the car is concerned. It may recognise the model of the phone but not the refreshed version which is why you have to constantly re-pair.
If this is the case then the Bluetooth memory of your car kit may be full with previous pairingsand you'll need to delete those to create space.
