Is there a way of finding out how long a film will be on at the cinema? The listings only show til Thursday and ringing them is a nightmare!

Most cinemas won't have yet made firm decisions as to what to show beyond Thursday. Films which are still pulling in audiences are retained indefinitely; films which aren't drawing the crowds are dropped from the listings after only one week. The decision as whether to retain any particular film probably won't be taken until after the weekend (unless it's a major blockbuster, where the cinema can be confident of a long run anyway).

That's very interesting Chris. Its the war horse so i guess it will be on for a while. I've promised to take someone but can't do this week. I would feel early based if it wasn't on next week. Thanks
