E-mail to Phone and laptop?

I have set my phone (Samsung Galaxy S11) to receive my e-mail can I also still receive them on my laptop and if so How? I have a sky e-mail address and have changed the setting on sky to keep the mails on their server but still nothing comes through to my computer,
Any help gratefully received

I should add maybe that I use outlook on the computer if it makes any difference

You need to set both the phone and the computer to leave a copy on the server.

My phone is set to leave a copy on Skys server as is the forwrding page on the sky mail page but Mails either come through to Outlook or my phone but not both, (the one i refresh first) any other ideas please?
