Computer question from a total computer moron . . .

I have Office/word 2010 on my PC (with lots of nice fonts) and have made a poster for our charity shop window. Usually if I email it to the shop for them to print it off it doesn't stay faithful to my fonts and effects (not sure what word we have but it is probably 2003).
is there a way for me to save the document before I send it that will ensure that the poster chugged out at their end is the same as the one on my PC?
Failing this I will print it off and wander down to the shop - but I usually end up staying half the day doing stuff.
Thanks

I won my printer in a competition and I also got my MacBook and Ipod in another competition. I am now off to enter some more. ;-)
Thanks

If you use fonts on your computer to make a poster or any document for that matter, another computer won't display the text it in the fonts you used unless the other computer has the same fonts on it. Copy your fonts from your Fonts folder (find it in C:\Windows\Fonts), store it on a memory stick (flash drive), and paste them in the Fonts folder on the destination computer (or send the fonts there by email and ask them to save the fonts in their Fonts folder).
rhythmcrazy - I am unable to change fonts (or download fonts) on the PC even with the administrator/manager password.
Guys - ink .... I have a nice little stock of ink just now. I will see if that stock or the new printer last longer and then decide on quality over lower price.
I think that I will print off a couple at home and then toddle down to the shop later in the week - it is 0.2miles away!
