Hi

My friend has a block on her account because she has apparently made 'unsolicited friend requests' on her account. This is definitely not true & we suspect that someone has hacked her account. She wants to protest her innocence & have the block removed, but it seems nearly impossible to EMail Facebook. Has anyone else had any success. My friend is really distressed about this & no one seems willing to help!!!

Hi, Facebook have a habit of making you crawl through help sections to get answers rather than deal with you properly. Don't know if this link is any help.

You could look at this link and scroll down to Report Hacking, Malicious Links, Scams.

Report the account as being hacked and explain that the unsolicited friend requests were not made by your friend at all. It's worth a try. Good luck.
You could, but it won't do you any good...
Why bother? And why on earth get distressed about it? From what I can see of it, which thank goodness isn't much, it causes a great deal of problems. Best left alone, I reckon.
