However, I would advise any bloke who is jailed not to try and use hair straighteners as he may suffer a painful injury as a result

It rather assumes that looking one's best would be a major preoccupation. It might help a female prisoner make friends i suppose.

seriously, i am thinking of the safety aspect of things. surely something like hot tongs/ wand wouldnt be allowed and would you have an electric socket? i dont intend to go and find out for myself, lol!

I'm sure they will fit in straighteners with their mobiles,pool tables,iPods, gym equipment etc.,etc., when not watching TV or reading in the library.....
(Have I missed anything)? - Gardening isn't done anymore-is it?
