Hi, could anyone please tell me the code for an Amstrad DXR280 Sky+ Box please, for the Asda 4 in 1.

While this site doesn't permit the posting of information about car radio codes (because of the security issues involved) there's no reason not to help someone to get their new remote control to work with a particular device!

However actually finding the relevant code isn't that easy! Here's a list of codes used by Amstrad devices:
006, 204, 043, 036, 074, 002, 023, 026, 062, 065, 071, 094, 128, 410, 436, 451

And here's a list of codes used by Sky devices:
006, 195, 271, 300, 307, 308, 340, 341, 342, 343, 344, 391, 400, 421

So I'd start by trying 006 (simply because it's in both lists) and then, if necessary, experiment with the other codes listed.

Yes finding codes is not easy . Being the extremely clever technophile that I am , setting up a replacement poundland remote should have proved no problem to me - how wrong can you be !!
