It's a real feel of 2 here shaney :(. Well done to your friend (the heart op?) I hope she's up and running again soon...lovely to hear some good news.

I've no incentive to do anything today. My latest food fad btw is the height of idleness...McCain ready baked jacket spuds (avec fromage). Just ping em for a few minutes, they're so fluffy. I hate it when baked spuds are wet or have that hard bit that just won't cook in the middle.

sending your washing machine a cyber kick into action woofy!
Well done to your friend shaney.

Overcast here and grey, and I am still feeling the effects of my night out, sohave made 2 curries for tonight.

Yes Robi I think I have a cast iron stomach but put it down the the fact that we eat a lot out of date stuff and stuff that the people in Britain would throw away normally, we in the old days couldn't not afford to chuck stuff out so even it it had turn alightly greenish we'd eat it with no problems. We had no fridges for a long while.
washing machine needs replacing.....guess what sis and i will be doing this visit???
Hate being without a washing machine but love buying one!!
Sis has arrived, usual scenario, lots of talking and laughing...bank holiday weekend off then we will tackle the washing machine situation.
Haven't forgotten you. Be back soon xxx

Just been through a rough time in my head!! Best forgotten ;o)
Oight, oight xx
Hi Lottie.
Bad night weeing every 10mins, shivering and curry laying like a lead weight in tummy.
Hello Lottie, nice to see you, come back soon!
Ooo Neti, hope you are feeling better by now. If you don't stop weeing and shivering, get to the doc, it sounds like you might have a uti.
Oh what a night, I have fund some micturol tabs for cystitis so am taking them it stains yellow, but working already since 6am!

At 3.36am Mr N decided to howl like a dog (!) so I poked him to shut hm up, honestly men!

Couldn't stop thinking about that poor wee soldier, really upsetting, I will defo need to siesta this pm as we are out again tonight!

Morning all...people going by in boots and padded coats with their hoods up...just a typical February morning I suppose. :)

I've had days like that with this virus neti, I think it's all part and parcel...lol @ Mr N howling. Tell him he's a day too soon, it's a full moon in the early hrs of tomorrow.

waves to Lottie
Made it to town only to find my bank is on strike! Sick of them all!
Am all padded up and wearing dark jeans!
Morning all and Yoohoo Lofty .
Same old dreary weather here too .
Hope you feel a bit better now Neti .Drink plenty of water .If it doesn't clear up go to doctor.I think it was Woofy who told me to drink baking soda in water ,that eases it .
Hope everyone else is OK today .Must plod to Morrisons ,see you later.
bking soda, is the bicarb? Have that, and I will take it, the trouble is the more I drink the more I wee, it doesn't hurt but I get the strangest feeling in my body and arms and hands tingle when I've had a wee, how strange is that? We used to be able to get the stuff over the counter but not anymore. I have a very busy social life this week, going out for Thai tonight and I really really do nto want to! Wearing dark clothes cos wee is bright yellow!
Just caught up with 2 Scott and Baileys, very good, m nowing going for a nap.

oooooh, it's sooo cold and windy here, just horrible.

neti I think your bp drops when you've had a wee but I don't know if that would cause your arms to tingle.

for anyone who's interested it's a real feel of MINUS 1C here!!
Chilly here too but think that may be just me.
Good to see you Lottie...We're still here for you and looking forward to when you come back. XX

Evening each. So cold today.Went shopping and then 'chilled' in the afternoon with the heating on at 20 degrees.
Yesterday was very busy. Eye test and ordered some new specs cos I lost my others somewhere and can't find them anywhere. Then washing and ironing. Then My bro was around and Steady came later and stayed for 2½ hours. My Bro went out to stay with our younger sister for the night and Steady played his (Bro's) guitar for the whole time he was here. A brilliant evening being entertained. Neti he sang James Taylor's (I think)' You've got a friend' and I like it so much I wanted him to put it on YouTube. So here's hoping.
I hope you have a good time tonight Neti and that you feel better. Nothing worse thank having to dash to the 'loo' every 5 minutes. As I've discovered. I had to laugh about you Scott Baileys as well. I thought it was a drink :~)
I was going to ask you how you mixed it.
I've off now to fill my empty black bin with sawn up wooden fence panels!
Oight Oight All see yer later 'gater(s)
