When does evening begin

Just thought I'd ask, recently signed up to BT Infinity and part of my package was free evening and weekend calls, I did discuss my package asking relevant questions etc. Just checking my bill I was charged for evening calls when I queried they told me their evening doesn't start until 7pm, I assumed it was after 6pm as no one had pointed this out, must check everything more thoroughly in future. They did however refund me as they agreed I hadn't been fully informed. So beware check everthing.

they are clever bstards believe me, wasn't told that they had changed the evening calls to 7pm, where it used to be 6pm, and so got stuffed with large bill. Queried it and they said well you should have looked at our website.

You do need to be a step ahead of them, check regularly. as you say em they are crafty.

yes you do. i renewed contract with them, but i don't trust any of them
