Digital picture failure

I have recently had a Samsung digital television installed which produced excellent pictures across a range of stations initially. Of late, the digital pictures have ceased. I have tried auto-tuning and, whilst the screen tells me that 12 digital and 4 analogue stations have been located, only a couple of analogue pictures appear. When I try to show a digital station the red indicator light goes out and no picture appears. What can I do? It is impossible to get a TV engineer so close to Switch off/ on. Thanks.

Digital switchover happens in Northern Ireland this Year, see above Link.
I take it that your TV has both Analogue and Digital Tuners which are separate.
Providing that your TV is not faulty, you will have to do a Full Re-scan in order to receive your appropriate Channels
sounds like aerial trouble to me if they just all gone more or less
if you've done a rescan
