bissell Pro heat?

i have a Bissell Pro Heat Plus 2x
The brushes do not rotate when the motor runs, I am sure it is a drive belt problem but I can not see how to get to the motor and check the dive connection, I can get the side panel off and the small belt that connects the two brushes is ok so it must be the main motor drive to the brushes. Any information?

You have probably checked this but have you got it set on tools or hardfloor settings? as this stops the brushes rotating.
