download to mobile

I have just got a nokia 6230 on contract. I want to download my calendar from my PC to use with the calendar function on the mobile. It does the download but then asks where I want to save it. I don't know where it needs to be saved to be viewable in the mobile calendar. When I try to do it via synchronisation it asks for a database address. Where do I find that?
