Facebook... again!

Hi. I've set up a new FB account strictly to try drum up some orders via friends' friends/family for a sideline in cakes that I do.

I've set the account up where I can add people/be added as opposed to a page which could be 'Liked' (I tried this, but didn't like how it worked). Anyhoo, I want to unsubscribe to certain people's 'posts' as some of them can be quite inappropriate.. if I click unsubscribe, I can no longer see their posts, however, by doing this can they still see my posts/message me & write on my wall? TIA
