A kitten walking across the keyboard of my Dell Inspiron has caused everything to swing through 90 degrees and now I have to hold it up like a book and can't see all of the page. Please help me return it, It must be just a key press?

Thanks a million Iggy, that has worked. I didn't even know it could be changed.
yes a source of amusement in my office when someone leaves their screen unattended it can often be upside down when they come back! Childish really!
i wonder why they made the options available?
Some applications work better when in portrait form. Also laptops are often used to drive bigger screens that may need the orientation.
Because some monitors can be rotated into portrait orientation.

And projectors are normally mounted upside down if you ceiling mount them. (although most projectors these days let you rotate the image on the projector rather than having to do it on the computer)
