Try To Do The Right Thing....then Sting

I thought I would give these electronic cigarettes a go and after getting an e mail from Clearsmoke advertising their product I gave them a go.I had tried a few and was looking for the most realistic one.
Kit arrived for the value price of £7.95
Nice 'smoke' much better than some.
Then yesterday the credit card statement arrived and I had also been billed for £59.95!!!!!!!!
Rang them up and it turned out I have been scammed.
Great.
There was small print that was in the back of the advert saying it was a trial, and if you did not cancel within 14 days you would be billed for the full amount of the kit.
I have emailed their head office begging for a refund, but I don't hold out much hope, after all it WAS my fault, but the information was not clear in my opinion.
Anyone know of some sort of advertising ofcom I can have a moan to?
Be warned would be electric smokers, don't try Clearsmoke :-(((((

what would have happened if you had cancelled? you return the kit?
or are they sending you more or something?
it makes no sense that you just have to cancel or pay in full - who would not cancel for that discount? - you must have signed up for some regular thing
i would make sure its not a monthly payment...
