my friends mobile has come up activated profile and she is unable to phone anyone how can she get it deleted and back to ordinary phone,

At a guess your friends has activated 'flight' mode. Mines just started to do this on Vodafone, when I re-start the 'phone.

Suggest you switch off 'phone and re-start it. When it starts, it might say 'Activate Flight Mode?' just say No or Exit.

Have tried switching it off and it is a vodaphone uk and when I press menu it comes up General and persons name to call with phone number there is general up above with picture of phone and when I press button to call it says you have active diverts , friend says she hasn't pressed anything to get this but don't know how to get rid of it , Mobile phone shop is shut until Thursday so if not sorted she will take it there . Thanks.
