Faulty Heater

I drive a Seat Ibiza 2006 edition, I have been having problems with my heater motor, there is power getting to it but it isn't functioning. Is it just the motor that needs replaced or could there be another reason? I'm also having trouble with my reverse light, it stopped working a week back, I've changed the bulb, examined all fuses but still nothing? Any ideas?

Reverse light, this cold be a bad connection or the reverse switch, do you know for sure there is feed going to the heater motor?
