topping up a mobile

i top up my phone using a credit/debit card...

i usually use the same card, but i cant use that one any more. when i try to use my other one, it always says i cant use it because its not the one i usually use. how can i make it work (without having to make loads of phone calls, or getting a top up card)?

you need to phone your operator, and set up your new debit card. probably via the number you phone to topup your mobile.
