Hi,


What do my lungs do when I sneeze because after I sneeze I feel like my lungs feel flat and I don't feel like breathing in air again ?!?


Sometimes I gasp for air because I hold my breath without realising, is this normal and what does it mean ???

Your lungs empty during a sneeze - its a bit like being winded. Sometimes the automatic breathing response is put out of sync by a suddern exhillation.
