Usually, it means that the internal pressure vessel has lost its charge (air pressure). It might well just need pumping up again with a foot pump.
If the charge doesn't hold, then its diaphragm may be ruptured.

Also, a small leak somewhere in the system could be the cause.

Thank u, where can i get the taps without buying the whole loop?
I have to top ours up quite often but I know it's because the towel radiator thing is a cheap piece of rubbish (when I bleed it it takes ages).
