Nissan Navara D40 Speaker Wire Colours Please?

Hi,
[b]HELP PLEASE....[/b] On my '57 plate D40 Aventura, the front wires are [b][color=#00FF00]Light Green[/color][/b] and [b][color=#8000FF]Purple[/color] on the Left, and [color=#00FF00]Light Green[/color][/b] and [b][color=#FF0000]Red[/color][/b] [b]on the right.[/b]
I have assumed the LG wires are +, and wired both accordingly. However [b][color=#FF0000]Red[/color][/b] has always indicated + to me..... I am [b]CONFUSED!!![/b]
Vibe 6 x 9" Slicks fit exactly where the original paper ones came out, and sound great, but I am a perfectionist, have I done them in reverse, albeit the same phasing??? Many Thanks in advance for any useful info.
