New Samsung Fridge Freezer - Staying On!! Help Please

I just bought a Samsung RB29FSJNDWW Frost Free F.Freezer and it hardly ever switches off!
Correctly installed with the correct space surrounding it to allow air to circulate and flat to the floor - whatever I do it goes off only for about 30 mins then comes on agan for about two hours or more.
Checked the temp inside the fridge and freezer and they are about +5 and -20 respectively; which is as it should be.
I have turned the digital controls down to the minimum ie. +7 fridge and minus 15 for freezer, but this makes no difference.
The approved default settings in the manual are +3 and -19 but those are far too cold.
Any ideas before I call out the engineer. I have had it 10 days!
Thanks all

A couple of things spring to mind.

1) Is the room temperature high
2) What's either side of the Fridge/Freezer, and does it generate heat
3) How full is it. A full fridge /freezer is easier to keep cold than an empty one.

Room temp is normal.
Freezer and fridge are full
Only cupboard and worktop to side and 50mm distance between FF and thes and at back as book says
Sounds like faulty thermostat.
