my Toshiba laptop is coming up with this error, and I cant go further to start the computer up. What do I do? It tells me to press ctr alt del, and I do that then it goes back to black screen with message on it BBOTMGR MISSING! Help please

Firstly make sure you've not got a CD in the drive and disconnect all USB devices and try again.
