Pepper Flash Player
I have just come to watch a video on the Virgin Media site and it tells me that it does not support Pepper Flash Player (I do have Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave)...and so it tells me to delete it but I cannot find it anywhere in my PC:

I am using Google Chrome at this minute...am going to try it with IE...but am cjurious about the PFP...any comment or help here???

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It would seem that Pepper Flash Player has been installe during a Chrome update and is going to be Google Chromes default player. Obviously, judging by your experience, not all sites have prepared for this.
I haven't looked in to this deeply but I would suggest using another browser for Virgin for the time being. I'm sure Virgin will come on board sooner or later.

I think it's still called Adobe Flash Player but it is "Pepper" based.
Go here in Chrome

and look at the version information box and compare it with the table below.
