8 Answers
I have an Amazon Kindle and get all my books for it from Amazon. If my Kindle stopped working, what would happen to my many books? Would I be able to download them again from Amazon onto a new Kindle?

My sister-in-law has a Kindle and is the sort of person who can get confused by a lightswitch. Her kindle got its knickers in a knot over whether it was in the UK or Ireland and as a result would not download new books. She telephoned Amazon, got through to someone really quick and they sorted it out there and then. But first I had to explain to her how to telephone the UK.
