Can any Abers recommend a good quality Omega 3 supplement to take and what benefits have you received from it. Many Thanks.

I am part of a six month trial of an Omega 3 supplement and they wanted people over 60 years old. They are testing bone density, walking speed, flexible joints up and down steps, etc and memory tests, so it seems that is what they are expecting to be improved. I dont know who the company are. Dont know if this is of help but thought I would mention it fusion.

Oh gawd, I have ordered some now. I don't have a prostate as I am a ladyeee. My optician who is an Opthamic Surgeon recommended me to get some as my cholesterol levels are a little on the high side and I cannot take statins.

'Opthalmic' that should read.

Why has my word been replaced with broccoli. I have see some very bad swear words in posts that have been left. Perhaps one rule for some and another for others.

He is either a wasted Ophthalmic Surgeon or a surgeon wasted testing eyes.

I can't see how Omega 3 capsules will lower your blood cholesterol.

Why don't you ask your GP for Ezetrol 10mgms, it is to lower the blood cholesterol in patients who cannot take statins.
