Candy Crush Levels Lost

I used to play Candy Crush linked to Facebook then got fed up with all the request messages and decided not to link the two together. Last night I got a high score on a level that was around 100 levels higher than when on FB. I decided to link back to FB to publish this score (and wind my cousin up), but it put me back on level 56. I stopped the link but my candy crush still shows me on this level. Have I lost all the levels I have done? If not how do I get back to my non Facebook level? Thanks everyone
