Why do the bank Auto tellers not stock �5 notes?

Just curious to find out why Bank Auto teller machines don't stock �5 notes.

Some Midland (sorry HSBC) cashpoints have �5 notes, but most banks these days stock �10s and �20s only.

SOme Lloyds TSB cashpoints have �5 notes, especially around student halls of residence.

i guess the reason that most dont stock them is that they would run out very quickly.
They would take up twice as much room as the same value in tenners and so would run out twice as quickly.
Nobody uses �5 notes any more, and they're always a state.

Not too sure what your meaning here.Last time i checked people still used �5 notes.

Funny you should say that, I got 2 from a Barclays cash machine today
If tomd has some �5 notes pass them on to me, I'll use them.
