Has anyone got an example or picture of what it should look like as it would be better to see it instead of writing it.

Thanks

And what is Ccld ?
If it is Childcare NVQ, then you need to ask your mentor/teacher.

That wasn't helpful at all. I contacted Answer bank as I didn't want to speak to my tutor.
As far as I remember, every unit has to be evidenced, either written up, or a photo, or a diagram, or sometimes it can be witnessed by your mentor/tutor and just signed off to say she has witnessed you doing something.

Whatever the unit is, give an example of something you have done in your workplace to cover that unit, and, if possible, a picture too. Or, failing that, what you would do in a situation if you had to cover it.

Its good to chat to other students to see how they have covered each unit, or speak to your tutor - that's what they are there for.

NVQ seems very difficult when you start, but once you get the hang of it, most of the units can be covered fairly easily.

Hope that is more helpful.
Welcome to AB, sweetsheila.
People on here are very helpful and it's probably better not to have a go a people who are trying to help. If you'd set out in the question what answers weren't wanted it may made things go more smoothly. Kassee's answer seems helpful- I hope it's what you are looking for
