Kaspersky Security

I recently changed my internet security to the above but it's SO secure, it won't even let ME use it!! I'm trying to shop online but I can't do it. Can anyone explain , IN LAYMAN'S terms, how exactly I can do this. It only let's me get so far then stops and I have to choose to "run" or "skip". I've tried to do both of these options but it won't let me do either. If anyone can explain it all to me, in words an old duffer like me can understand, I will be very grateful. Thank you.

This situation with Kaspersky is not uncommon and like what has been suggested wait until you hear from them. How did you uninstall your old antivirus did use a uninstall program like Revo Uninstaller or the program's own one such as with Norton antivirus you could still have some registry entries left behind as suggested. You haven't said what your previous antivirus was.

Hi galeck, thanks for your reply. My previous one was Norton and got a computer shop to uninstall it and install Kaspersky. I fiddled around with it all a bit more and , hey presto, it suddenly started working after 3 months trying to get it kick started. Anyway, problem now solved (don't ask me how though!)
