Once you have signed up to Wordpress, sign in and go to the my gravatars tab.
Click add a new image and select one from your computer

Follow the instructions on this link. They take you right through it, once you are signed in to Wordpress.

How far through the process did you get.?
1) Did you manage to set up an Gravatar/Wordpress account using the same email address as your AB account?
2)Did you manage to get your picture onto your Gravatar account?
3) Did you select the G rating?
4) Have you gone back to your AB profile page and selected the option to display the avatar?
