Hello

Can someone tell me an easy way to send multiple meeting requests to multiple people in one swoop.

I am arranging a meeting which is pretty much a monthly occurance but runs on different days and is mandatory to staff but needs to be sent as a meetign reuqest.

How can I do this without having to send each date individually please?

Thanks

Can you set up a group on your calendar, picking the details from your email address contacts (we can)? You then set up the event on your calendar and "invite" the people who need to attend each session. I don't think you can just send one invite which contains multiple dates.
^ I'm assuming you have different people on the different dates - if not, then you should be able to use a "repeat" function to add the other dates?

Cheers Boxtops, I can do it that way but I want to avoid having to do it for each date as there are alot of dates. There must be a way to send for multiple days, if not then Outlook is not very effective. =)

Thanks for your help.

Same people each date.

I also wanted to avoid the staff being bombarded with hundreds of email invites also.
You can choose "Recurring meeting" and then select from the options such as third Tuesday or every 25th of the month. It then invites them all once for that recurring date forevermore.

Thanks Maydup - this function does not work when the meeting is on different weeks each month. Thanks anyway
Sorry to say...

You can't

There is no way to send a recurring meeting request with differing times and dates... because they are then not recurring.

You have to do each request (time scale request) individually

You can drag and drop calendar requests in the outlook calender though... which should make it easier.
