I have just received a replacement HD Sky remote.Despite following the tuning in instructions I cannot get the volume control to work or,the volume bar to show. I may say the terrestial tv remote works perfectly.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Thanks for your advice Cheeky Chops.I did as you suggested but without success.It looks as though I will have to resort to using the Panasonic remote permanently.
