Printer Wont Connect To Internet
0 Answers
I have been having problems with connecting an ipad to the internet and have had to change the network key in the router. easy to do and has solved the problem, which which actually lies with the ipad (wont type in caps shift which the router requires). now though my wireless printer wont connect to the router, presumably because when it was set up it was set up with the original router network key. the instructions for setting up the printer Wi-Fi are like greek and nowhere am I offered to input any network key. the router has the wps button facility but when I follow these instructions nothing happens. using the wps pincode is a problem because according to the settings in the router, it is already there, and after following the instructions to print off a code and input it into the 'access point' by which I suppose it means the router, short of going into the router page and changing the one that's there already, there is nowhere to input it. it is only the network key that has changed, and there is nowhere to put that into the printer. it does not have an lcd panel.
