instructions for a watch

i need instructions for an adidas watch, tried place of purchase but they couldnt (didnt) help..where do i start?..any ideas?..thanks in advance

when i try to email them from the site..im asked for my microsoft loggin i.d..alas it dont seem to work, so i cant contact them..thanks for your answer tho

What model watch is it?

only no.s i can see on back are.....2905877...then10-0178a...its a gents watch,stainless steel front, blue facing, 5 setting buttons..light,lap,etc normal hands and lcd..cheers

Go to www.adidas.com/uk go into either originals or performance.  Select site map.  Select address of adidas under Help/Contact Us.  Select adidas here under Contact Us.
