The constant arrival of this survey screen has totally ruined the Answer bank for me. I shall not return.

it doesn't happen to me, though I can understand why it might get up your nose. Maybe if you gave details of what browser you were using, what operating system etc somebody might be able to give an explanation.

I only get it on the home page and then jump to latest posts or my preferred topic so I don't even notice the poll

I think Roger might be talking about a plugin he's installed which creates pop-up ads on the page.

Roger needs to run a malwarebytes scan and check his browser plugins.

If anyone does spot it, and they know they're clean, it would be great to know the URL. I haven't ever seen someone with it who hasn't had another issue (virus, malware etc) causing it however...

You don't have to respond to the polls. It's only a little space, think Roger may have another problem with whatever the technologists think it is if it is that irritating.

Roger, do you not think that the purpose of the Survey is to find out if there is a Improve the site, increase the membership, try something that No-one has thought about? think twice .

I think as Ed does that Roger must be referring to a 'pop up' simply because he states - 'the constant arrival'.
