Bt Vision Box

I have a BT Vision box and you can record 2 programmes at the same time.
This past week it has been recording longer than the programme lasts. Hope that makes sense. Is the problem with my box or is there something I can do to rectify the problem?

There is an option on my box (not BT) to have 'Guard time', which means it starts recording 5 min before and ends 5 min after scheduled time. Check your settings.

Mr. c phoned at 8pm...between the two episodes of Coronation street...call lasted nearly 40 mins...mr.c asked to speak to someone else as the first bloke was useless ...you could hear him being fed by rote what to say in the background. Had to do ...the usual take the plug out for 10 seconds and put it back and then they rebooted our box from their end. They have promised to phone tomorrow to check all is working...phew, I'm knackered...lol!
