Its got a loud buzz when white shows on screen. Can it be fixed?

Does the buzzing get louder when you turn the volume up? Can you hear it when the sound is muted?

How old is the tv?

Thnx hc, dont think I can manage those repairs.....Off to sales for new tv, not Panasonic. Any recommendations appreciated ;)

Twas a 2nd hand gift 1y ago. Sqad its mounted on mantlepiece with furniture arranged, no room for floor tv ;(

New tv it is then, and that sqad should know that size matters.

I've always had Panasonic without any problems but Sony, LG, Samsung are the other brands I'd consider.

We've had the S60 for about 2 years now and thoroughly enjoy it with no maintenance problems here in the U.S. ...

Panasonic couldnt do this but Samsung can, plus web apps like Youtube, films etc all on tv screen from my Android

Panasonic make smart tvs now, in fact most manufacturers do.

Pfft. Fab pic & no buzz on Samsung. All I need is some good progs
