clio spark plugs
sorry if this has been asked b4 i searched and never found the answer i needed.
i have been told my clio (1998 older model) needs new spark plugs. i have the spark plugs and i know someone that can change them....thing is we cant see where my old plugs are!! im hping thay're not where we cant get to them.does anyone know ?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.if the plugs are not visiable and you cant see the distrubutor cap to trace them back to the plugs u will probably do aswell to nip it to a local garage and just ask them to show you?
they are normally situated about half way down the main lump of the engine and can be on either side of it! (im no expert just played with a few cars) hope this helps or someone with more knowledge will post to help!!
if he is actually going to change sensors and then reset engine management modules to set sensors to correct setting thes that isnt a bad price, but i would make sure you ask for original sensors back as i had trouble with my brothering laws car, the replaced these sensor on a fuel line apparently, but the problem persisted and it turned out there were 2 things wrong, number 1 a little plastic filter in pipe line (cost bout �1.50 and 5 mins to replace) the other was a buildup in the carb, whice i bottle of engine treatmeant n a little bit of a race cleared the crap, ( i havent seen car so i dont know just little bits from my experience may help you save a few quid or worst still paying for parts that either didnt need replacing or havent actually been replaced! i hope its all it is and garage sort it swiftly for you like i say just be sure they can produce the parts they are changing!
