New Tenant Sub Letting

I just found out my tenant of 4 weeks is letting the 1 bed flat out on air b&b as you can imagine I'm not happy she has obviously thought she could make some money here , the thing is I have done air B&B between tenants myself and only removed my account the day before she moved in !

Her contract started in on the 12 th jan and she has never stayed there !

The last tenant was a prostitute only got rid of her 6 weeks ago after a lot of hassle

OMG .. poor you...try advertising in local hossie or college ..nursing staff , sudents..at least internet nutters will not see it !

The tenant was found through an agent everything was in order references etc she is going to be served notice this week it clearly states in her contract that she can't take money from paying guests

Then threaten the agent that you'll take action against them. That's outrageous.

I had this problem at the beginning of this year with a Bulgarian tenant who moved in to my flat in central London ,air b&b were useless and would not do anything about it even though they could see that I had a profile of the flat and used it for air b&b previously to this tenant moving in , this went on for 3 months I served her notice as soon as I found out and pointed out to her it was in breach of her lease she couldn't understand what the problem was the facthat she was renting the flat at £150 a nigh and had it booked out for the next 6 months ( looking to make a profit of around £3,000 a month,
She also has 3 other flats in London and no doubt the landlords have no idea she is doing this , I just found out 3 weeks after her moving in when I went to pick up post and just knocked on the door to say hello to find a couple with suitcases who had just arrived !
It makes my blood boil to think how useless air b&b were I had dozens of e mails with them and spoke to many people daily but they did nothing !
