They have spent the last couple of years or so upgrading it so when the LHC does finally destroy us all it will be even more of a bang than ever. Almost twice as powerful as before... oo-er...
I know there are a number of Indian scientists who have been recruited by the Americans and maybe CERN, too. If there's one called Krishna working there I hope he's not the one nominated to flick the switch that sets the experiment rolling.
