Programming Sky Remote To Control The Volume

ok- so the tv model is not on the sky listing for my new Samsung tv ; and the suggested codes they give , dont work

Any suggestions ?

Phone Samsung UK and ask them what the code for your set is: 0330 726 7864 (0900-1800, Mon-Sat).

If the remote is old it might not have the latest codes in it.

Open the battery cover and look at the label for which version you have - I think they are currently on version 9

You might need to buy a new one.
